Requirements
- Approximately 4–5+ years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, business process improvement, technology consulting, digital transformation, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience conducting business discovery, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering activities.
- Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience identifying business problems and translating them into practical technology or process solutions.
- Ability to document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and process maps.
- Experience collaborating with developers, technology teams, consultants, or implementation specialists.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex business problems and findings clearly and manage deliverables independently in a remote working environment.
- Preferred: exposure to AI, Generative AI, and AI-powered business applications, including identifying AI and automation opportunities.
- Preferred: familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Preferred: experience supporting ERP, CRM, or enterprise technology implementations; familiarity with BPMN, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent; and understanding of systems integration and APIs.
- Preferred: experience in consulting, operational improvement, or digital transformation engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery conversations, and workshops to understand business functions and operational challenges.
- Analyze current-state processes, workflows, responsibilities, and information flows; identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Document business requirements, findings, dependencies, improvement opportunities, and current- and future-state process maps.
- Identify and assess potential AI, automation, and workflow optimization opportunities based on impact, complexity, and feasibility.
- Translate business needs into business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and solution expectations.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, developers, and technical specialists to communicate business context and explore technical solutions.
- Participate in solution reviews, testing, and user acceptance activities, and validate solutions against requirements and intended outcomes.
- Analyze discovery information across business functions and process areas; identify recurring processes, system dependencies, and automation opportunities.
- Prepare client-facing documentation and Automation Map deliverables.
- Recommend process improvements and develop reusable analysis frameworks, templates, and documentation.
