Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Data 360 or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Demonstrate expertise in data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Hold a Salesforce Data 360 certification.
- Have a strong background in enterprise-level org architecture and integrations.
- Lead cross-functional technical teams and facilitate technical workshops.
- Deliver solution documentation and document requirements and solution design deliverables.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate strong client-facing written and oral communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Data 360 and related products.
- Lead technical discovery workshops to document data landscapes, enterprise architecture, integrations, connections, and ingestion methods.
- Design, propose, and implement enterprise-scale solutions for clients’ business needs and technical requirements.
- Design, configure, and refine scalable data models aligned with business processes and Salesforce Data 360 best practices.
- Apply data ingestion, transformation, calculated insights, identity resolution, reconciliation, segmentation, and activation methods.
- Write, edit, or advise on complex SQL across Data 360, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Redshift, Snowflake, and other platforms.
- Consult on or write code for Data 360 APIs and other Salesforce APIs.
