Requirements
- Hold an independent license in a mental health field; associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure may also be considered.
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults is preferred.
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions is preferred.
- Have access to reliable technology to provide uninterrupted, confidential, and compliant telehealth services.
- Be available for either 11am–7pm MT or 12pm–8pm MT.
- Native or bilingual English proficiency.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with clients and referral sources.
- Present programming information to help clients access care.
- Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, young adults, and adults with a range of mental health concerns.
- Determine appropriateness and fit for the virtual intensive outpatient program level of care.
- Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria.
- Document client information in the electronic medical record in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Assign treatment team members and group schedules, and inform staff of new admissions.
- Coordinate intake with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams.
- Collaborate with referral sources, including hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health providers.
