Requirements
- Independent licensure in a mental health field is required; associate-level clinicians may also be considered.
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults is preferred.
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions is preferred.
- Native or bilingual English proficiency.
- Access to reliable technology for uninterrupted, confidential, and compliant telehealth services.
- Must be available 11am–7pm MT or 12pm–8pm MT; weekends are encouraged, and alternative availability may be considered individually.
- Work authorized in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with clients and referral sources.
- Present programming information to help clients access care.
- Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, young adults, and adults.
- Determine client appropriateness and fit for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care.
- Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria.
- Document client information in the electronic medical record in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Assign treatment team members and group schedules, and inform staff of new admissions.
- Coordinate intake with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams.
- Collaborate with hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health providers.
