- Have 1-3 years of experience in a growth or digital marketing role.
- Bring experience from a startup or scale-up ideally.
- Show measurable contribution to growing an audience, channel, or pipeline.
- Be a strong writer who can adapt voice for different audiences.
- Be comfortable working with data.
- Have some exposure to paid ads.
- Be curious about AI.
- Experience marketing a technical or AI product to a non-technical audience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Grow Ojin’s organic and paid social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Create posts, articles, case studies, and copy across formats.
- Run marketing experiments, measure results, and build on what works.
- Contribute to SEO, email campaigns, and basic lifecycle flows.
- Track relevant metrics and use analytics to inform decisions.
- Participate in online communities where Ojin’s audience spends time.
- Use AI tools to prototype ideas, test messaging, and iterate.
- Work with the product and founding team to reflect the product in marketing.
