- Bring hands-on SQL skills, including writing queries and analyzing data independently.
- Have experience in migration or implementation projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Knowledge of group or employee insurance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map insurance products between systems in cooperation with the business.
- Gather requirements from business teams and agree on data-mapping rules.
- Analyze data structures and verify data accuracy using SQL queries.
- Work with development and testing teams throughout implementation.
