Job Details

Have 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience.
Bring expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, or Framer.
Have experience using UX design best practices and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Understand user-centered design and design thinking.
Have experience planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and heuristic analysis.
Understand usability and accessibility concerns.
Be able to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly to teams and clients.
Work effectively with teams and stakeholders, including in a distributed model.
Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
Graphic design capabilities and experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments are preferred.

Convert project briefs into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for a range of devices and interfaces.
Create user personas and user scenarios.
Research, sketch, prototype, and user-test digital product experiences to support the client’s product vision.
Identify design problems and develop solutions.
Make design and user-experience decisions for core and new functions and features.
Test and iterate on designs using a user-centered approach.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders and conduct usability tests.
Research end users through interviews, traffic data, and other primary and secondary research.
Track technology trends that may affect client operations.
Assist with pre-sales, post-sales, product development, and sharing design knowledge and best practices.
