Job Details

Have experience as a Technical Customer Support Specialist or in a similar technical customer support role.
Understand how website front-end and back-end systems work.
Have experience using help desk software, remote support tools, and online software, including Salesforce, Slack, Asana, HubSpot, Google Drive, ChatGPT, Coda, Canva, or Claude.
Understand how CRM systems work.
Be skilled at educating clients about product features and guiding them toward effective solutions.
Have strong communication and problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and resourcefulness.
Be patient when handling challenging cases, particularly live client websites.
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
Be a current resident of the Philippines.
Be willing to work graveyard hours if assigned, five days a week, nine hours a day with a one-hour meal break.
Own a laptop or desktop and have a stable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps with a backup connection.
Live in an area with stable power supply.

Respond to customer requests and queries promptly and accurately through Salesforce chat and email.
Identify customer needs and help clients use specific product features.
Analyze and report product issues, including testing scenarios or replicating user issues.
Email clients with frequent updates.
Report technical issues to the Product Team.
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
Gather customer feedback and share it with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Assist in training junior Customer Support Specialists.
Support and assist teammates.
