Requirements
- Have experience in software development, systems engineering, technical product engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Have hands-on coding and programming experience.
- Have experience with ATS platforms or recruitment technology systems.
- Have practical experience building automations and integrating software platforms.
- Understand APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Have experience with AI tools, AI-powered workflows, or LLM-based solutions.
- Be able to troubleshoot technical problems and independently develop solutions.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Configure, customise, and optimise ATS platforms to support recruitment workflows.
- Develop new functionality and improve existing system capabilities.
- Build AI-powered automations for candidate screening, CV processing, data management, and recruitment administration.
- Build and maintain integrations between ATS platforms and third-party applications using APIs and webhooks.
- Write and maintain code to customise platforms and develop technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve automations and integrations.
- Work with recruitment and operational teams to translate challenges into technical solutions.
- Document technical processes, integrations, and system configurations.
