Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, or have four additional years of relevant experience beyond the minimum experience requirement.
- Have a minimum of five years of analytics development, data development, and/or business intelligence experience.
- Bring advanced expertise in complex SQL, data integration, and analytics solutions.
- Have advanced experience with cloud-based data and analytics technologies such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, or similar.
- Develop enterprise datasets, data marts, semantic models, reports, dashboards, and advanced visualizations.
- Have expertise in data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and physical, logical, and conceptual data model design.
- Troubleshoot complex data quality, functional, security, and performance issues.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable technical architecture and implementation plans.
- Lead complex assignments, manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision, and guide other developers.
- Provide executive-level communication, facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Preferred: experience with healthcare data, Epic data models, and healthcare workflows.
- Preferred: experience using Python, R, or similar languages for advanced analytics or automation.
- Preferred: working knowledge of JSON, XML, Parquet, or similar data formats.
- Preferred: experience with agile delivery, source control, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and production-release practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex analytics and data solutions.
- Build scalable solutions for data extraction, transformation, modeling, automation, and visualization.
- Develop analytics products using SQL, Python, Spark, Databricks, Azure, Power BI, and related technologies.
- Translate complex requirements into effective analytics solutions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead technical design and development for complex initiatives.
- Ensure solutions meet standards for quality, security, performance, documentation, and production reliability.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced Analytics Developers.
