Requirements

- Be able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Demonstrate effective listening and critical-thinking skills.
- Have effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Be dependable and flexible, and be able to maintain confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Support reserving, forecasting, benefit pricing, and rate analysis.
- Complete a summer-long project related to actuarial work.
- Present the project to senior leadership at the end of the summer.
- Participate in targeted training on Excel, SQL, VBA, PowerPoint, and other technical skills.
- Focus on using AI to streamline processes and workflows.
