Requirements

- Support process standardization and implementation.

- Demonstrate written and verbal communication, listening, and critical-thinking skills.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidential information.
- Show dependability, flexibility, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Support special projects, initiatives, and activities assigned to the internship.
- Coordinate work across teams and support multiple initiatives.
- Review assessments, workflows, and business requirements to identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Support process standardization and implementation as new care models and processes are rolled out across markets.
