Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs.
- Have experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms in enterprise implementations.
- Have experience with APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; SQL or Python experience may also be relevant.
- Be proficient in Qualtrics CoreXM, CustomerXM, EmployeeXM, or BrandXM modules; this is preferred.
- Have familiarity with data integrations such as AEP and Salesforce, event-triggered automation, and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Be able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bring strategic thinking, project management, and client relationship skills.
- A BA/BS in Experience Design, Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate client business goals into scalable Qualtrics solutions, data models, survey architectures, workflows, and integrations.
- Lead enterprise SaaS implementations and configure Qualtrics surveys, dashboards, distributions, automations, and embedded data logic.
- Build integrations between Qualtrics and systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Slack, CRM, HRIS tools, and data warehouses using APIs and web services.
- Write custom scripts, including JavaScript for survey customization or Python for automation.
- Gather client requirements, present technical solutions, and coordinate delivery with project managers, engineers, and business analysts.
- Test and validate survey logic, data flows, and integrations; troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
- Assess solution feasibility against budget, timing, and technical constraints, and identify risks and mitigations.
- Train clients and internal teams on Qualtrics and create documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides.
