Requirements
- Have written production TypeScript/Node.js and MongoDB for users.
- Have built agentic systems, including tools that let agents act on APIs and integrations.
- Be able to explain agent planning, tools, context, and the agent loop based on hands-on experience.
- Have written and run evals and think about quality in probabilities.
- Have shipped something people can use, such as a product, open-source project, or tool.
- Be able to provide a link or description of shipped work in the application form.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship tools that connect Operator to the Juro app, from initial idea through production.
- Create evals around shipped work to assess whether model, prompt, or library changes improve results.
- Work with the Quality Assurance team to support evaluation of agent quality.
- Own parts of the agent harness, including planning, tool use, and context.
- Review agent-written code and decide what is safe to merge.
