Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the product vision and quarterly roadmap, translating complex business and user problems into scalable product solutions.
- Lead a cross-functional squad across engineering, design, data, and operations to ensure execution and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct discovery, validate hypotheses, and test new approaches before scaling.
- Use data and execution insights to guide product decisions.
- Influence business strategy and coordinate cross-company initiatives.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and align expectations with senior leadership.
- Bring market insights and raise the bar for product decision-making.
- Coach more junior product team members when appropriate.
