Requirements
- Have 8+ years of software QA experience, including 3-5 years in a lead or senior QA role.
- Bring programming knowledge in TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python.
- Have hands-on experience with automated UI/API testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or Protractor.
- Have experience with mobile app test automation.
- Be familiar with data quality testing in cloud environments such as AWS, Redshift, or S3.
- Be comfortable writing and executing SQL queries for backend validation.
- Have exposure to AI/ML product testing or model verification workflows.
- Understand Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and the software development lifecycle.
- Preferred: Have backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Preferred: Have advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases, data pipelines, or workflow tools such as Apache Airflow or Luigi.
- Preferred: Have experience with Snowflake or Redshift, health tech or telehealth platforms, and healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
- Preferred: Have experience with TestRail, Zephyr, Jira, or performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Postman.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver test cases, test plans, and test scripts for features and releases.
- Coordinate testing across web UI, mobile apps, APIs, and backend services.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Validate data quality and transformations across data pipelines and data lakes.
- Support AI/ML model testing and check output consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps on CI/CD integration and feedback loops.
- Track and report test coverage, defect metrics, and release readiness.
- Mentor QA engineers and manual testers, and drive regression, smoke, and performance testing.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, HIPAA, and health tech regulatory standards.
