Requirements

Have 5+ years in QA/SDET roles, covering manual and automated testing across the full SDLC.
Bring strong experience with backend and non-UI test automation.
Have hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and debugging automated tests.
Have strong programming skills for test automation, preferably with TypeScript/Node.js.
Be able to define QA strategies, test plans, and quality gates from the ground up.
Understand blockchain fundamentals, including wallets, transactions, and blockchain types.
Have experience testing REST APIs and RPC-based interfaces, including JSON-RPC and gRPC.
Have experience with Docker-based test environments and debugging containerized services.
Have experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establishing quality gates.
Have experience with AWS-based infrastructure and MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership of testing activities, and proactive communication.
Have an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.

Responsibilities

Review business requirements and technical documentation to identify testing needs.
Manually test new features and existing functionality, and use findings to guide test automation.
Define and improve QA strategies, test plans, and quality gates.
Coordinate testing ownership and responsibilities between QA and engineering teams.
Work with engineering and product teams to define test coverage and acceptance criteria.
Build and maintain automated test suites, frameworks, and harnesses focused on backend, integration, and contract testing.
Test blockchain integrations, smart contracts, REST APIs, JSON-RPC endpoints, MCP servers, and other blockchain functionality.
Integrate and monitor automated tests within CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues across distributed systems and blockchain integrations.
Maintain test documentation, report quality risks, and communicate testing progress and blockers.
