Requirements
- Have 3–6 years of progressive HR or Employee Relations experience.
- Bring direct case management experience in a complex or regulated environment.
- Have strong knowledge of labor laws and employment practices across multiple geographies.
- Have experience managing investigations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to engage senior leaders confidently.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or a relevant Legal/ER specialization is preferred.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or another high-growth, multi-entity organization is preferred.
- Experience implementing ER frameworks or leading cross-functional risk mitigation initiatives is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders, Workforce Business Partners, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve complex independent contractor relations cases.
- Guide leaders on disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations in line with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Identify systemic issues and recommend proactive interventions to reduce engagement risks.
- Analyze Workforce Relations trends, patterns, and case data to identify root causes and inform preventive strategies and policy updates.
- Partner with the Employee Relations Partner to design, review, and implement employee relations frameworks, policies, and toolkits.
- Build ER capability among People Team members and business leaders through coaching, education, and practical toolkits.
- Support change management initiatives and culture programs.
- Lead or support sensitive, complex, or high-risk investigations while ensuring due process and confidentiality.
