Requirements
- Bring strong expertise in Swift.
- Have experience working on large-scale production apps.

- Understand modern concurrency concepts and memory management in iOS.
- Have solid experience with unit testing and improving test coverage.
- Have worked with CI/CD pipelines and understand release processes.
- Bring debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Collaborate effectively across teams.

- Drive modularization and continuously evolve a scalable iOS architecture.
- Define, implement, and refine technical standards and architectural guidelines.
- Improve CI/CD reliability, build performance, and release processes.
- Strengthen the testing strategy and establish quality foundations across teams.
- Improve app stability, performance, and overall technical health.
- Review and guide critical architectural decisions across multiple teams.
- Reduce technical debt strategically while enabling product teams through platform improvements.
