Job Details

Bring senior-level backend engineering experience.
Have experience with high-throughput, low-latency production systems.
Have strong experience in RTB or AdTech, particularly in programmatic advertising, media delivery or advertising marketplaces.
Have backend engineering experience with Node.js/TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java or Python.
Be able to adapt quickly to new technologies.
Be able to investigate performance issues and make sound engineering trade-offs.
Have strong software engineering fundamentals and a practical approach to complex technical problems.
Knowledge of OpenRTB 2.5/2.6, IAB standards and advertising formats is a plus.
Experience with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, header bidding or Prebid is a plus.
Familiarity with OpenRTB Native, VAST, bid shading, pacing or frequency capping is a plus.
Understanding of IAB TCF 2.2 and GDPR consent handling in advertising systems is a plus.

Build and improve backend services supporting real-time ad-buying and delivery decisions.
Identify performance bottlenecks and improve throughput, latency and reliability.
Develop bidding flows, advertising integrations and services processing bid-stream data.
Contribute to technical decisions across performance-critical backend components.
Apply AdTech or RTB domain knowledge to engineering challenges in programmatic advertising.
