Job Details

Have 3-5 years of experience in Delivery Operations, Business Operations, or PMO.
Have hands-on experience with Productive; this is a must-have.
Have working experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
Understand forecasting, scheduling, and gross margin mechanics.
Have experience operating within and enforcing a defined process framework.
Bring strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, including comfort with spreadsheets and BI tools.
Have a track record of cross-functional coordination across commercial and delivery teams.
Have Polish at native level and English at least C1 level.
ITIL Foundation or equivalent operational process background is a plus.
PMO, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Productive, or HubSpot certification is a plus.
SQL or BI literacy, including Looker, Metabase, or Power BI, is a plus.
Experience with EVM metrics such as CPI, SPI, and EAC in project delivery is a plus.

Run delivery audits, adherence checks for delivery standards, risk reviews, and EVM discipline across the portfolio.
Own scheduling, daily allocation visibility, capacity planning, and bench management.
Manage Productive project setup, budgets, rate cards, time tracking hygiene, and reporting structures.
Maintain and enforce SOPs across departments, identify breakdowns, and propose updates.
Run margin and forecast reporting, identify revenue leakage, and escalate findings with evidence.
Build and maintain operational dashboards for delivery leads, finance, and the board.
Coordinate operational workflows across sales, finance, legal, talent, and marketing.
Maintain integrations and workflow automation between Productive, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
