Requirements
- Have 0–2 years of experience; freshers and early-career developers are welcome.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and understanding of programming fundamentals.
- Have experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Have hands-on experience with a backend framework such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Understand SQL databases, including PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Have knowledge of backend architecture, software design principles, and basic system design.
- Be familiar with Git and modern software development workflows.
- Understand cloud platforms and application deployment processes at a basic level.
- Have awareness of authentication, authorization, caching, and backend security practices.
- Show curiosity about Generative AI, LLMs, and practical technology solutions.
- Advantageous: experience with Generative AI or LLM projects, OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini APIs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployments, React, message queues, background jobs, or event-driven architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build, test, and optimize RESTful APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Integrate third-party services and AI/LLM providers into backend applications.
- Design and manage databases, write SQL queries, and improve application performance.
- Develop backend functionality for chatbots, AI agents, and document-processing workflows.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and AI engineers.
- Participate in deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of backend systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
