Requirements
- Have 4+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and quality control.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead QA role.
- Bring hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, including automation frameworks.
- Be able to design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites for complex software systems.
- Have experience identifying, isolating, and documenting critical bugs and edge cases.
- Have experience leading and mentoring QA teams and managing quality processes in Agile or hybrid development environments.
- Be proficient with bug-tracking and test-management tools.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automated test suites.
- Verify that software implementations meet business and functional requirements.
- Review business and technical requirements for consistency, completeness, and testability.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
- Suggest product and functionality improvements based on usability and quality standards.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
- Support regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing, working with developers and product teams to resolve quality issues.
