Requirements
- Have 4+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and quality control.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead QA role.
- Bring hands-on expertise in manual and automated testing, including automation frameworks.
- Be able to design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites for complex software systems.
- Have experience leading and mentoring QA teams and managing quality processes in Agile or hybrid development environments.
- Be proficient with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Communicate technical findings to clients and stakeholders and lead difficult conversations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automated test suites.
- Verify that software implementations meet business and functional requirements.
- Review business and technical requirements for consistency, completeness, and testability.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
- Suggest product and functionality improvements based on usability and quality standards.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
- Support regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Work with developers and product teams to resolve quality issues and improve development processes.
