Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant job family group or function.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Have established project management skills.
  • Bring strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support third-party and channel relationships within CVUS, aligning them with commercial priorities and business objectives.
  • Oversee CVUS demo inventory, allocation, utilization, and fulfillment to support sales teams and customer needs.
  • Partner with Virtual Sales and Marketing to develop targeted programs for existing customers and the installed base.
  • Support sales-force effectiveness and productivity initiatives, including resource allocation, territory coverage, sales incentives, and commercial planning.
  • Support forecasting and business-review processes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve productivity, and enhance execution across the CVUS commercial organization.
  • Develop solutions beyond established processes when business needs require a different approach.
