Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 12+ years of Project Management experience, including at least 6 years in the retail industry, particularly in store operations.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale installation and cabling projects.
- Experience creating customer proposals and delivering presentations.
- Strong understanding of P&L responsibilities and financial management.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including MS Project and Excel.
- Experience with project change control processes, including budget and scope management.
- Customer-facing experience with a services background.
- Ability to manage custom installation projects and collaborate in a matrixed team environment.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Up to 20% travel is expected.
Responsibilities
- Oversee program execution and delivery across complex projects involving TGCS, clients, and third-party vendors.
- Lead daily project team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, using change control processes when necessary.
- Develop and manage project plans to meet TGCS and client goals.
- Provide program updates to clients and internal executives, manage escalations, and resolve issues.
- Mentor Project Managers and support leadership growth within the team.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, mitigate risks, and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Contribute content to RFPs and RFIs and identify opportunities to leverage existing assets.
