Requirements
- For counsellors: hold a minimum master’s degree in counselling or counselling psychology.
- For clinical psychologists: hold a minimum master’s degree in clinical psychology.
- Have a minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree.
- Counsellors must have a minimum of 300 hours of counselling experience post-qualification, including practicum, placement, or internship.
- Clinical psychologists must have a minimum of 300 hours of clinical or therapy experience post-qualification, including practicum, placement, or internship.
- Be skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT.
- Hold valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice.
- Have proficiency in English, Urdu, and Sindhi.
- Prior experience with EAP, adult counselling, or coaching managerial roles is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients.
- Address clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
- Partner with the internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs.
