Requirements
- Have a Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma training in Clinical Psychology.
- Be skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches, such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT.
- Have at least 300 clinical hours.
- Be registered with AHPC.
- Be proficient in Urdu.
- Have prior experience in EAP and/or counselling work.
- Have prior experience with group sessions.
- Be able to and willing to conduct occasional onsite sessions.
- Critical Incident Support Program experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
- Support clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team.
- Suggest improvements to the program and platform.
