Requirements
- Counsellors must have a master’s degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology.
- Clinical psychologists must have a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
- Have a minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree.
- Demonstrate expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or another evidence-based approach, such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT.
- Hold a valid and active license applicable to the country of practice.
- Preferred background includes EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one telehealth or onsite mental health support to Intellect clients.
- Address clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
- Partner with the internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs.
- Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience.
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team to improve EAP programs.
