- Have 2+ years of commercial experience with Kubernetes for the Golang track.
- Have 1+ year of experience in AI-assisted coding for the Golang track.
- Have experience with distributed systems.
- Have 5+ years of commercial experience with Python for the Python track.
- Have 2+ years of commercial experience with Linux for the Python track.
- Have 2+ years of commercial experience with Kubernetes for the Python track.
- Have 1+ year of experience in AI-assisted coding for the Python track.
- Have advanced English for discussing business tasks, explaining decisions, raising issues, and presenting work on client calls.
- Be able to work full-time remotely and deliver without supervision.
