Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of testing experience.
- Have strong coding skills in Python or another programming language and be willing to write Python.
- Have experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar; the team uses Playwright.
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understand software architecture and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Develop reusable testing tools and libraries.
- Improve test reliability and reduce flaky tests.
- Manage test data and testing infrastructure.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and implement release quality gates.
- Define testing strategies and best practices, and create standards, documentation, and guidelines.
- Support teams with complex testing challenges and coach engineers on testing and quality ownership.
- Analyze incidents, prevent regressions, and track quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
