Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in Node.js development, backend engineering, or server-side application development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and hands-on experience building backend applications with Node.js.
- Experience with backend frameworks including Express.js and Nest.js.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database design, querying, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of backend architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated development and deployment workflows.
- Experience using version control systems and collaborative software development tools.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting applications and conducting code reviews.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
- Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Develop application logic with JavaScript, Express.js, and Nest.js.
- Design and optimize API structures for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL data storage, queries, and database interactions.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Translate technical and business requirements into backend architectures and development solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, and optimize applications, backend processes, and database operations.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality and development practices.
- Participate in planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance, using version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
