Requirements
- Have 1–6 years of experience in content management and web publishing.
- Have hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver) or similar platforms.
- Have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO principles.
- Pay strong attention to detail and follow brand and editorial guidelines.
- Be familiar with image optimization tools, accessibility standards, and analytics tools.
- Work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Optimizely DAM, CMP, and Content Recommendations is a bonus.
- A background in digital marketing, UX, or web design is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish web pages in Optimizely CMS.
- Upload and format text, images, videos, and other media.
- Structure content correctly and follow brand guidelines and SEO and accessibility standards.
- Work with design, development, and marketing teams to optimize web content.
- Test and review content before publishing for quality and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and fix minor content issues within Optimizely.
- Keep content up to date and remove outdated material.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement.
