Have 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, business intelligence, or data management, including building scalable data environments.
Have experience designing and implementing enterprise data warehouses.
Have experience integrating data across multiple business systems.
Demonstrate strong SQL, data modeling, database architecture, and data integration expertise.
Have hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure-based data solutions, or similar technologies.
Have experience evaluating data technologies and making architecture recommendations based on business requirements.
Be familiar with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Be able to translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations for business and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrate ownership, independent problem-solving, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
Nice to have: experience supporting enterprise reporting in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
Nice to have: familiarity with Salesforce, financial systems, and operational data sources.
Nice to have: experience mentoring or leading technical team members.

Design and build a scalable enterprise data warehouse and reporting infrastructure from the ground up.
Evaluate and recommend data architecture, cloud platforms, and reporting solutions based on scalability, cost, and business needs.
Establish data models, integration frameworks, and data management practices for enterprise-wide reporting.
Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs, advise on data architecture, and develop business intelligence solutions.
Enable historical reporting, trend analysis, and performance tracking for SaaS revenue, retention, and operational KPIs.
Provide hands-on leadership and technical guidance to a growing BI function.
Own project delivery and resolve technical challenges.
Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
