Requirements
- Have 5+ years of backend software engineering experience building scalable, enterprise-grade systems.
- Demonstrate deep proficiency in C# and .NET 8+.
- Bring strong relational database expertise with SQL Server, T-SQL, schema design, and query optimization.
- Have end-to-end ownership experience with production environments, including telemetry, automated testing, regression analytics, and post-release support.
- Have hands-on experience with multi-tenant, event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging patterns such as pub/sub and CQRS.
- Have experience deploying and operating services on cloud platforms; Azure is preferred, with AWS or GCP accepted.
- Have advanced English communication skills and experience collaborating directly with US stakeholders.
- Be willing to participate in on-call rotations.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-throughput backend services and public-facing REST APIs on a multi-tenant platform.
- Embed observability through structured logging, time-series metrics, data capture, and Grafana and PagerDuty alerting.
- Lead code reviews and promote resilient architectural patterns.
- Optimize database schemas and system reliability.
- Translate business requirements with Product and Engineering leadership into scalable, fault-tolerant technical designs.
- Identify technical gaps, establish engineering standards, and mentor team members.
- Support production services after release and participate in incident response and alert threshold tuning.
