Have at least 7 years of experience developing and growing Power BI analytics and working with data.
Have previously worked as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Consultant.
Know Data Governance principles, semantic modeling, and reporting best practices.
Be proficient in SQL, Python, and DAX.
Have practical knowledge of DWH architecture, Data Lakehouse, cloud solutions, and Microsoft Fabric, supported by participation in deployments or production projects.
Have prior Microsoft Fabric experience in implementation or development projects.
Have client project experience, including requirements gathering, consulting, and presentations.
Be able to make technology decisions and take responsibility for them.
Have experience in presales, including preparing concepts, supporting proposals, and estimating.
Communicate fluently in Polish and English.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and lead workshops to gather requirements.
Translate business goals into analytics solutions and Power BI dashboards.
Define reporting standards and good practices for Power BI and Data Governance.
Work with ETL developers, data architects, and DevOps/FinOps on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI solutions.
Mentor analysts, develop their skills, and provide subject-matter support.
Oversee the quality, consistency, and usability of delivered analytics solutions.
Track market trends in data analytics and apply them to client solutions and the practice's offering.
Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
