Requirements
- Have at least 7 years of experience building and developing Power BI analytics and working with data.
- Have previously worked as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Consultant.
- Know Data Governance principles, semantic modeling, and reporting best practices.
- Have practical knowledge of DWH architecture, Data Lakehouse, cloud solutions, and Microsoft Fabric, supported by participation in implementations or production projects.
- Have advanced SQL, Python, and DAX skills.
- Have commercial Microsoft Fabric experience from implementation or development projects.
- Have experience working on client projects, including requirements gathering, consulting, and presentations.
- Be able to make technology decisions and take responsibility for them.
- Have experience with presales, including concept development, proposal support, and estimations.
- Communicate fluently in Polish and English.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, analyze requirements, and translate business goals into analytics solutions and Power BI dashboards.
- Define reporting standards and good practices for Power BI and Data Governance.
- Collaborate with ETL developers, data architects, and DevOps/FinOps teams on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI solutions.
- Mentor analysts, develop their skills, and provide subject-matter support.
- Oversee the quality, consistency, and usability of delivered analytics solutions.
- Track market trends in analytics and contribute to the development of the Data & Analytics offering.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
