Requirements
- Read third-party API documentation and independently establish a working connection to a service.
- Know when not to use an LLM and use rule-based scripts for mechanical processes.
- Build test sets before go-live.
- Be able to extract data from documents such as contracts and invoices.
- Read and understand Python, SQL, and JSON code; software developer experience is not required.
- Use and build with Claude, Gemini, and coding agents, including skills, Gems, and agents.
- Have strong general technology and computer knowledge.
- Understand risks involving personal data and GDPR, security including keys, access, and prompt injection, and confidently incorrect AI output.
- Have good English.
- Explain technical topics simply and identify when to make decisions independently or escalate.
Responsibilities
- Learn how teams work and identify steps that consume their time.
- Agree with process owners on what to automate and what good output looks like.
- Collect real examples and build a test set before building an automation.
- Build automations with or without AI, depending on the problem.
- Hand over tools with short documentation and support teams after go-live.
- Answer colleagues’ questions about AI tools, prompts, and AI usage rules.
