Languages: Consultants must have at least a C1 level in English, in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Experience: A minimum of 3 years postsecondary professional experience.

Have at least 5 years of post-secondary studies attested by a diploma.
Have a minimum of 3 years of postsecondary professional experience.
Have English proficiency at C1 level under the CEFR.
Demonstrate frontend development proficiency with HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS3, SASS and Angular.
Have experience building modular client-side applications, including Web Components, micro frontends and state management patterns.
Know web security, authentication and authorization protocols, including OpenID Connect and JWT.
Have Java backend experience with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate and Axon, and legacy JEE technologies including WebLogic 14, JAX-RS, JAX-WS, JAXB, EJB and JMS.
Have experience designing, building, automating and securing RESTful APIs and web services, including OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
Understand cloud services such as AWS, workflow engines such as Activiti or Camunda, and AI agent technologies used in development or applications.
Have experience with relational databases and SQL, as well as NoSQL stores such as Elasticsearch and Redis.
Understand cloud-native event-driven microservices, CQRS, Saga patterns, JMS and Kafka.
Have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitFlow, CI/CD pipelines and GitLab.
Have experience with Jira, Confluence and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Elastic APM, Grafana, Prometheus, Zipkin, Logstash, OpenSearch or OpenTelemetry.

Develop and maintain back-office tooling supporting business migrations in the Grants and Experts domains.
Deliver monitoring, testing and scripting tools to improve platform stability and operational efficiency.
Support business developers implementing Compass Corporate components within their processes.
Produce and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
Provide third-level technical support and investigate complex technical issues.
Perform migration, development, testing, maintenance and documentation activities.
Analyze incidents, develop fixes and contribute to platform reliability improvements.
Implement automation, performance optimization and technical remediation activities.
Prepare deployment artefacts and support production integration activities.
Participate in PI planning, sprint activities, technical refinement sessions and stakeholder demonstrations.
