Requirements
- Hold an active Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) certification.
- Have 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise Pega application design and development.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of Pega 8.x, including case types, flows, Cosmos UI, rules management, and data pages.
- Have strong expertise in Pegasystems Constellation and Blueprint for integration and UI solutions.
- Have experience with REST, SOAP, and file-based interfaces.
- Have experience in Agile delivery environments and driving guardrail compliance.
- Be fluent in English at B2+ level minimum.
- German language proficiency is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural leadership, oversee technical direction, and support parallel delivery streams across enterprise projects.
- Design, build, and maintain application components on the Pega platform.
- Implement end-to-end case lifecycles, data models, business logic, user interfaces, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, platform design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in solution architecture design, effort estimations, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate with Business Architects, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists to streamline delivery.
