Requirements
- Bring extensive hands-on experience in Pega development and end-to-end solution design in complex enterprise environments.
- Have a demonstrated track record of leading, mentoring, or serving as a technical reference point for Pega delivery teams.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Pega architecture, Case Management, data models, and guardrail compliance.
- Bring practical knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integration connectors and services, and enterprise messaging systems.
- Have solid experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
- Communicate strongly in English and articulate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Translate functional business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable Pega application architectures.
- Guide, mentor, and upskill Pega Developers and promote engineering best practices and architectural discipline.
- Conduct technical design and code reviews to ensure adherence to development guardrails, performance benchmarks, and security standards.
- Lead investigations and resolution of critical technical bottlenecks and production issues.
- Coordinate integration requirements and design patterns with API, middleware, and backend application squads.
- Partner with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on technical estimations, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
