Requirements
- Bring 6+ years of experience building highly performant web applications and customer-facing product experiences.
- Have strong full-stack engineering experience, particularly in frontend and product development.
- Have knowledge of React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, and Go; these technologies are highly preferred.
- Have experience collaborating closely with Product and Design to build and iterate on end-to-end product experiences.
- Use customer needs to inform product and technical decisions.
- Have experience with data-driven product development using product data, customer feedback, and A/B testing or other experimentation strategies.
- Be comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating clarity in a fast-moving product environment.
- Have experience building well-tested software.
- Be able to analyze, benchmark, and optimize web application performance across the stack.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver customer-facing product experiences that help customers discover, adopt, and get value from StackAdapt.
- Partner with Product and Design to understand customer needs and turn ambiguous problems into iterative solutions.
- Own features end-to-end across the stack, building intuitive, performant, and scalable web experiences.
- Use customer feedback, product data, and experimentation to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Structure iterative plans that move ideas and customer problems toward effective solutions.
- Architect scalable frontend experiences, web APIs, component libraries, and backend systems.
- Balance speed, scalability, customer impact, and engineering quality when addressing complex problems.
- Contribute to code and technical reviews, mentor others, and identify opportunities to improve performance and simplify technical complexity.
