Requirements
- Have 3–4+ years of experience running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
- Show results from tests and funnels that lifted conversion rate, average order value, or revenue per visitor, supported by data.
- Have experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
- Have deep hands-on Intelligems experience.
- Have experience with AfterSell or a similar tool, Microsoft Clarity, and Shopify analytics.
- Be able to set up and QA tests independently.
- Have experience briefing developers and designers and managing a CRO agency.
- Be able to write clear hypotheses, size tests properly, and evaluate results using an agreed significance rule.
- Understand how bundles, discounts, subscriptions, and upsells affect conversion, average order value, and margin.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be able to work overtime or on weekends if needed.
Responsibilities
- Own a ranked CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
- Run split tests on paid-acquisition funnels and build funnels and landing pages aligned with ad angles.
- Brief the web developer and designer, QA test variants, and launch tests weekly.
- Evaluate completed tests, ship winning variants, and flag conversion drops the same day.
- Manage the CRO agency’s test list, targets, and results.
- Work with the Head of Growth to determine when agency work moves in-house.
- Report conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, live tests, and win rate weekly.
- Run the weekly CRO & Funnels meeting.
