Requirements
- Have proven 2D motion graphics experience and a portfolio showing finished work across multiple styles and formats.
- Be proficient in After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
- Be proficient in Premiere Pro or a comparable editing tool for video assembly.
- Be comfortable working across multiple brand systems while maintaining visual consistency.
- Understand pacing, timing, and motion content for social platforms.
- Be organized and able to manage multiple briefs and concurrent projects while delivering on time.
- Communicate clearly, flag issues early, and keep project status current.
- 3D motion graphics experience is a plus, not required.
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools is a plus.
- Performance marketing agency experience producing paid social creative is a plus.
- Experience with AI-assisted motion design or creative workflow tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and animate 2D motion graphics from briefs, style guides, and creative direction.
- Build sequences with text animations, transitions, icon animations, kinetic typography, and branded graphic elements.
- Maintain visual standards and animation styles across multiple client brand systems.
- Translate motion graphics into finished short-form videos for paid and organic social platforms.
- Cut, pace, and sequence motion content into video ads and organic social assets.
- Format and size video deliverables for each platform and placement.
- Apply sound design, music, and audio treatment suited to the content and platform.
- Organize project files with clean layer structures, naming conventions, and version control.
- Deliver assets in the correct formats and specifications, and flag timeline, brief, or technical issues proactively.
