Requirements
- Hold a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
- Maintain an active Washington license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
- Have experience with telehealth platforms and online documentation.
- Be able to work independently in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions by video.
- Meet with new clients and gather the information needed to begin care.
- Provide counseling based on concerns discussed during sessions.
- Keep clinical records complete and up to date.
- Respond appropriately when a client’s needs become more complex.
- Coordinate additional services when another type of support is needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Follow Washington State licensing and telehealth requirements.
