Requirements
- Hold a master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Maintain active Minnesota licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC, or equivalent.
- Have experience working with diverse populations.
- Have experience addressing a range of mental health concerns.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to adults, children, and families.
- Meet with new clients and gather information to understand their situation.
- Determine the best course of care using clinical judgment.
- Keep case notes and required records organized and up to date.
- Join team discussions when a case would benefit from shared input.
- Offer supervision or clinical guidance when part of assigned duties.
- Connect clients with community programs and outside services when appropriate.
- Follow Minnesota licensing, privacy, and professional requirements.
