Requirements
- Hold a master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT, or a related field.
- Have an active New Mexico license, such as LPCC, LISW, or LMFT.
- Have experience in clinical mental health therapy.
- Be comfortable with telehealth technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling through secure video sessions.
- Meet with new and returning clients throughout the week.
- Keep notes and required case information current.
- Bring complex or higher-risk cases to a clinical supervisor.
- Take part in scheduled supervision and team discussions.
- Follow through on clinical concerns that need additional attention.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Follow New Mexico licensing and telehealth requirements.
