Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Backend Engineer, or in a similar role involving production infrastructure and core platform services.
- Demonstrate experience deploying, operating, and maintaining production systems at scale, including troubleshooting incidents and resolving outages.
- Have hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, or equivalent tools.
- Have practical knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Be able to build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
- Have backend development skills in Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or a comparable language, alongside experience with databases and APIs.
- Be familiar with monitoring, logging, and observability tools, as well as message queues or event-streaming technologies.
- Be able to diagnose complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Be able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs that support product workflows.
- Collaborate with the founding team and cross-functional stakeholders to identify infrastructure bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Maintain, optimize, and scale cloud infrastructure, databases, and deployment pipelines.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and establish technical foundations for the platform's long-term growth.
- Investigate production incidents, troubleshoot system failures, and improve monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions, containerization and orchestration systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate deployments and improve operational efficiency, system resilience, and development workflows.
