Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Communications, or 2+ years of work experience.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and proposal development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with procurement processes or bids is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and bid management software such as Salesforce, RFPIO, or Loopio is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and other bid documents to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather inputs for bid responses.
- Develop and maintain bid schedules to support timely proposal submissions.
- Assist in creating bid content, including executive summaries, pricing models, and compliance matrices.
- Track and report on bid outcomes and performance metrics.
- Maintain a database of bid documents, templates, and historical submissions.
- Support continuous improvement of bid processes and tools.
