Job Details

Experience: 8+ years prior relevant experience with a university degree, or minimum 6+ years’ experience with an advanced degree in a related field; 8+ years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.
Required Skills: SAPMicrosoft ExcelFinancial analysis

Typically hold a university degree and have 8+ years of relevant experience, or hold an advanced degree in a related field and have at least 6+ years of experience; 8+ years of relevant experience is required without a degree.
Have advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel pivots and analysis.
Be able to prioritize multiple competing activities and deadlines.
Experience developing and analyzing financial business cases and/or cost/benefit analyses is preferred.
Experience with SAP/APEX or other ERP financial systems and Planview Portfolios is preferred.
Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization.
Have strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and influence others.

Lead financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis for projects.
Aggregate actual cost data from multiple financial systems to create a comprehensive view of project financial health.
Partner with Project Managers and sponsors on estimating, monthly forecasting, and accurate Estimates at Complete (EACs).
Reconcile invoice gaps and time-tracking discrepancies.
Monitor purchase orders to ensure all costs are properly captured.
Analyze financial variances and coordinate re-baselining activities to maintain accurate project financial plans.
Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial processes for assigned projects.
